Our office and warehouse is a 33,000 sq. ft. facility situated near the Ohio Exposition Center. As an authorized commercial laundry distributor for both Maytag and Ipso, we can service all of your laundry needs in the states of Ohio and West Virginia. Moments In Hildreth’s History1945 – R.C. Hildreth started appliance business in Dublin, Ohio 1949 – Hildreth’s became authorized factory service rep for The Maytag Company 1949 – Moved to larger location in Columbus, Ohio 1951 – Hildreth’s became authorized Maytag parts distributor 1956 – Ed Hildreth started working in all facets of the business 1956 – Moved to much larger facility in Columbus 1958 – Hildreth’s became a Maytag laundry route operator 1965 – Ed Hildreth assumed full responsibility of the company 1967 – Ed Hildreth opened his first of 2 Maytag Home Appliance Centers 1986 – Jeff (son) began working full time in all facets of the business 1988 – Todd (son) began working full time in all facets of the business 1988 – The retail stores and residential service were sold off to concentrate on Parts and Commercial Route business 2002 – Hildreth’s is appointed Maytag Commercial Laundry Distributor 2004 - Parts business is sold to focus on commercial laundry business Hildreth’s is the ultimate example of a “family owned and operated” business. Ed, Carolyn, Jeff, Shelley, Todd, and Melanie all work in the business. Jeff and Shelley’s children, Rhett, Mallory, and Layne also work when they have time off of school. The point is, when you need us, we will be here for you.
